These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered user (the "Player"), and amg28 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing all use of the website located at https://amg28.cam and all associated gaming services, features, promotions, and payment operations offered therein.

By accessing the amg28 platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 3.1 Age Requirement

3.3 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses held therein.

3.4 Self-Exclusion Status

Individuals who have previously self-excluded from the Platform, or who are enrolled in a self-exclusion programme with any other gambling operator or regulatory body in which amg28 participates, are not eligible to register a new account. If a self-excluded individual succeeds in opening an account through a failure of our detection systems, they are required to notify us immediately. • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. amg28 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to secure your credentials.

5.1 Deposits

amg28 accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified payment channels:

• E-wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange)
• Online banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank (PBe), Hong Leong Connect
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Litecoin (LTC)

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. amg28 reserves the right to return third-party deposits and suspend the account involved. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the point of transaction initiation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability.
• Active bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements are not withdrawable until those requirements are fully met.
• amg28 targets the following processing timelines, which are indicative and not guaranteed: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX bank transfer 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire 15–60 minutes. These timelines may be affected during high-volume periods or pending compliance review.

5.3 Transaction Limits

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the amg28 platform are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. The following general provisions apply to all bonus offers unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute at a higher rate than live casino or sports betting. Contribution percentages are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered through within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's account without compensation.
• Birthday Bonus: The birthday bonus (up to MYR 2,688 depending on VIP tier) is credited once per calendar year to the Player's registered birthday. Misrepresentation of date of birth to access a higher-tier bonus constitutes fraud.
• Referral Programme: The MYR 38 referral bonus is issued once per successful qualifying referral. Self-referral and collusive referral activity are prohibited and will result in account termination.
• Crypto Deposit Bonus: The 2% automatic bonus on cryptocurrency deposits (up to MYR 688 per transaction) is subject to standard wagering requirements and is not stackable with other active deposit bonuses unless explicitly stated.
• Abuse Prevention: amg28 reserves the right to withhold, void, or clawback any bonus or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of systematic, low-risk play designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine engagement, or where abuse of the promotional system is suspected.

All game outcomes on the amg28 platform are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the relevant game action. The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the Platform:

• All bets placed and accepted by the Platform are final unless a technical fault on our side can be demonstrated to have materially affected the outcome.
• In the event of a disputed result — including sports betting outcomes — amg28's resolution will be based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting body or verified official data source.
• Bets placed on markets that are suspended at the time of submission will be voided and stakes returned.
• amg28 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any Player at any time without prior notice, particularly where betting patterns suggest professional or syndicated activity inconsistent with recreational play.
• In the event of a software or pricing error that results in an obviously incorrect outcome or odds figure, amg28 reserves the right to void the affected bets. Players who knowingly exploit such errors will be subject to account suspension.
• All RTP (Return to Player) figures displayed for slot games represent the long-run theoretical return under certified testing conditions and do not constitute a guarantee of individual session results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the amg28 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited activity will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated balances and bonuses forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering multiple accounts under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, fabricated, or fraudulently obtained identity or payment documents during the KYC process.

• Depositing funds using payment methods owned by or registered in the name of a third party.

• Selling, transferring, or otherwise dealing in account balances or account access rights with any third party.

All content on the amg28 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of amg28 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform without the prior written consent of amg28.

Game titles and content supplied by third-party game providers on the Platform remain the intellectual property of those respective providers. amg28 does not claim ownership of third-party game software or content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, amg28 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, revenue, business, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, delay, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services, whether arising from scheduled maintenance, force majeure, technical failure, or any other cause outside our reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to secure login credentials.
• Any inaccuracies in odds, game results, or information that arise from third-party data feeds, technical errors, or human error, where such inaccuracies are corrected within a reasonable time of discovery.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any nature.

amg28 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all registered Players. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gambling tools that Players may activate at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits may be reduced immediately but may not be increased until a cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive periodic notifications of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months) during which no access, deposits, or wagers will be permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in the permanent closure of the account. Any remaining balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the Player subject to KYC completion.

amg28 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of formal request.
• Operation of multiple accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
• Suspected or confirmed abuse of bonus promotions or exploitation of technical errors.
• Issuance of a chargeback or payment dispute by the Player through their payment provider, which amg28 determines to be unwarranted.
• Player request for voluntary account closure.

Upon account termination for cause, amg28 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by the Player voluntarily or for administrative reasons not involving misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player subject to standard KYC requirements.

amg28 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, providing a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure at any time.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document identify the current version. Previous versions of these Terms are available upon written request to our support team.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which amg28 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause is intended to affect or limit any statutory rights you may hold under the applicable consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
